I live in Offord Cluny, I’m happily married to Natalie, I work at the University of Cambridge (the best University in the world), and when I’m not working I’ll engaged in some healthy(ish) outdoor pursuit, at the moment mostly fishing, which is addictive.
I’ve spent the last 15 years or so working in IT, and I currently work at the Clinical School Computing Service as Support Team Manager. Outside of work I’m also a Parish Councillor for the Offord Cluny and Offord Darcy Parish Council.
I’m a combination of idealist, enthusiastic motivator and grumpy old man. I blog about anything really, it’s a form of expression, hopefully one or two of my posts might be of use to someone else (that’s certainly the intention anyway).
In answer to the question “why would anyone be interested in your opinion?”, I can only ask in return ”Why are you reading this?”
